COVID-19 Update

Dear Guests,

In the wake of these difficult times of corona virus outbreak all around the world, we at Hotel Orritel West would like to convey our sincere concern for each one of our patrons and assure you of the best possible measure taken up by our hotel to ensure maximum safety of all our guests, staff and associates. Taking proper guidelines from WHO, we have started the following practices to help all of us combat this pandemic in the most effective manner.

  • All guests, staff and vendors entering into our premises are tested for their body temperature with proper record keeping following which hand sanitization is offered to each person entering our hotel premises.
  • Once the Guest is at the reception he / she is checked in using almost contact less check in procedures.
  • To help boost immunity of our guests we are also offering a Vitamin C concoction as our welcome drink which is served mildly warm.
  • All guests are encouraged to submit their valid id proofs in soft copies and to payments using our online payment platforms to minimize human contact.
  • All of our guests luggage is sanitized before being brought to the reception.
  • All guests are encouraged to use In Room Dining facility to minimize movement internally.
  • All our public areas and Restrooms are thrice as frequently sanitized now as were before.
  • All our raw material is treated with appropriate chemicals to sanitize them before being brought in from the receiving area.
  • Any Guest or staff who is found to have any concerning symptoms is immediately referred to a nearby medical facility.
  • All guests are encouraged to request change of linen on alternate days to minimize staff interaction.
  • Each of our staff members has been thoroughly trained in all hygiene and safety practices.
  • All staff and Vendors are committed to wearing face masks at all times.
  • All high touch points are sanitized by fog machines after regular short intervals.
  • All guests are facilitated with utmost safety at the time of check out.

As a hotel we do understand and realize our responsibility towards our guests and our staff and will continue to work hard to ensure their safety using the best possible hygiene methods.
